- WE ARE going to build one of the best Holistic Retreat/Healing Centers in the World just outside of Nashville on 150+ acres. It will be Called "The New Atlantis Holistic Retreat Center".
- The whole Retreat Center will be built out of shipping containers. Gene designed a new way of refurbishing them and calls them HomeBloxx.
- It will contain:
- 40,000 sq. ft. "TOWNBLOXX" Retail Building
- 25,000 sq. ft. Holistic Healing Building
- 4 Music Venues
- 144 Glamping Tent Sites
- 144 Practitioner Homes that convert to AirBNB Rentals
- 16 AirBNB Rentals around a pond.
- Animal Rescue and Healing Ranch
- 30+ GardenBloxx Growing Containers
- HomeBloxx Assembly Facility
- The main vision of the facility is to bring people in for a 2-4 day weekend retreat to get them back to encountering the earth and away from the city. Back to whats important.
